At Falscara, we want you to love your lash look, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
